CROSSFIT “FULL THROTTLE” GROUP CLASS
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am / 9:00am / Noon / 6:00pm
Description: CrossFit group classes are exactly one-hour in length. Perfect for the individual that has a base of knowledge and skills in athletic training through personal experience or by way of the US Tactical CrossFit Beginner’s training (see document linked below). Classes consist of group training that ranges from 6 to 10 members, all performing the Workout of the Day (WOD) under the direct supervision of a US Tactical Coach.

WARRIOR YOGA
Schedule: Monday, Friday 10:30 - 11:45 am, Wed 07:30 - 08:45 am
Description: Warrior Yoga is the Yin-Yang of our workouts at the Encinitas Training Center. The program is a unique blend of power Yoga, calisthenics and karate-do. The focus is on building Kokoro - inner strength and fortitude -through a growing awareness that you are capable of much more, both mentally and physically, than you think you are. Each session includes a creative visualization session and starts with standing power yoga sequences. As you heat up, we progress into high-impact martial arts combinations. Finally we tone down the volume and end with floor poses and core work. This class is 1:15 minutes long. The martial arts component is designed for fitness and self confidence, not for technical self-defense applications.

SATURDAY CROSSFIT CHALLENGE
Schedule: Saturday at 7:30am
Description: You can expect a little something more on Saturdays. This is the daily Group Classes on Red Bull. “Run Forest, run”.
