New US CrossFit members complete a one month Skills and Drills program before moving on to the Group Class.  CrossFit is intense, and even if you have a lot of “gym” time, our experience is that it is very easy to overdo it when first exposed to the intensity of a CrossFit workout. Train sensibly and have fun!

Fee is included with CrossFit membership at this time

CrossFit Full Throttle Group Class - Monhtly Unlimited

$150 a month if on auto-pay (note see this document for info on other pay options): Payment info

CrossFit Road Warrior Program - 10 session card

$140 a month - good for 3 months

New Member Skills and Drills:

Private Training: (maximum 4 people per trainer)

Members who would like to enhance their skills in a particular area, such as Olympic lifting, or who want a more personalized one-on-one training regimen, now have the option to train in a private or semi-private manner with a CrossFit coach.

1 person = $75 per hour / 2 people = $100 per hour / 3 people = $125 per hour / 4 people = $150 per hour
